Trilogy Tribune at Rio Vista Mystery Dinner

August 2007

I have one word to describe my experience with the new Asian restaurant sticky Rice Bistro and Bar, WOW! It is a little hard to find, located at 5000 Business Center Dr, turn right just after the Costco on Green Valley Rd, and it is to the right of the library. Most entree’s are around $11 to $15, and are very large portions. They have Walnut Pineapple Prawns that are to die for. I also ordered the Hunan Chicken and it was very tasteful. Their Sticky Fried Rice was full of prawns, chicken, and pork, a meal in itself. The menu is just full of great things to taste. I understand they are well known for their Peking Duck $38. As in most Asian restaurants it is great to go with 4 or more people so you can share a number of different entree’s. You will not be disappointed!
